There really aren't any...You just have to take the chance man. When I do my order I use a different name, I order from like the public library under a proxy, and off of a linux partition on my jump drive. Then I format the disk drive do a little drive cleanup and if they ask I just deny it.
That's pretty much what I've done for the few orders I've made. There are some sites that are less watched but who knows who they are.

I ordered from seedbotique, got my seeds 5 days later in a discreet package. first time ordering seeds and it was pretty good service. shipped the next day after ordering them. adhd,orange bud and they gave a pack of mazar-I-sherif as a freebie.

Some of the strain names trip me out.
I would be worried about ordering that one and some AK-47 getting me onto a terrorism watch list instead of simply busted for seeds.

Yeah it would be hard not to worry a little.
Lucky me I know a breeder and can just pick up the reg. atrains in my area.
No postage ness.
But in that forum are many well used dealers.

That would be the way to go for me. Having a local to provide the good seeds risk free has to be the shit. I know a few growers but never considered getting seeds from them. If I start up another grow I'll have to consider trying that.

Yeah that is the safest way to go.
Tho I will be ordering seeds one day.
Just because I would love to bring something new to the area.
