How about converting a snorkel into a pipe, and put the pipe out of the water while you are under it, and get a friend to light it for you.

interesting, I would think u would have to have an oxygen tank for air of coarse. then have some battery power device that will heat the bud. kinda like vaping it or until it burns. the pipe would have to have some thing on the end of it that u could hook the oxy tank up to. that way when the bud heats up youd have air to suck the smoke through(and to get the bud lit?). its possible though. alot of truoble just for smoking underwater.
