splitting harvests fairly

so heres the situation:
i hooked my friend up with a few clones from my plants, and walked him through growing them so far (handwatered coco), provided a couple supplies, and helped with some things here and there. he's growing them at his girlfriend's, and now there's problems there so he has to get them out and doesnt have any place to take them (yet).
assuming he doesn't find a place to put them, and i end up just having to take them back, what should i be giving him out of the harvest from those plants? nothing? something? what? he vegged them probably a month, and they are i believe 2 weeks into flower. i'm not sure what the best arrangement is here.

Don't know man. If he's a good friend then I would most likely let him have half. If not I would just give him a forth. If he doesn't continue heiping I'd give him none. Just would depend on how much of a friend he is really.

look at it this way. it's a freakin plant just take nothing, im sure you would have enough w/o his plants. i understand you need to take care of them but really it's not THAT hard. just let him have all of it he's having problems why make things harder ? be there for him then maybe some day he will be there for you...

the reason i wouldnt just give stuff to him is that i may also just use them as mothers, not to mention i gave him the clones for free, plus nutes, plus pots and medium. he paid for a ph test kit and $8 in coir, and did some labor. so i don't think he's entitled to half, or all, if i do flower them, since i'm using my space that would otherwise go to my plants i have. also will be using my time, my electricity, my equipment, my risk. so really the question is how much does one deserve for tending plants through veg and 2 weeks of flower.

the thing is i have other genetics that i was going to run, sour d clones, ssh, so these will be crowding up space. i don't even actually want to grow them but i cant bear to destroy plants. in all honesty i may just keep them in veg and use them as mothers. that would nullify the issue since nobody would be getting weed out of it, and then if he wanted clones later he'd be welcome to them (just as he was originally, and all my friends are).

yeah dude, be good people and just take care of them. maybe take a small bit to cover costs etc...if you need it. don't put yourself out but it seems like your heads in the right place

well that took an interesting turn, he found a place to put them, and then they turned out to all be males.

LOL he's having great luck with the new year isn't he! Well maybe you can give him some female clones to help him back on his merry way to herbal freedom. Share with your friends, because what goes around comes around.

give him a fifth of it - hooked him up w clones, you guided him, and now he fucked up and cant grow them. just make sure to let him know that you would take care of them the best out of any one else, and that hes lucky to get n e thing outta the deal
