i grabbed some kava gel caps at the nutrition store down the road. this stuff is no joke. i took 23 caps and i'm kava tripping my balls off. if u all ever try this for ur first time try not to do over a thousand kavalactones or whatever. i did 1800 and it is almost not enjoyable. still its not too bad.

ive only felt kava once and did it like 5x
the time i felt it it was definitely really good
but its too hard to get off on it i gave up on kava

I dosed REALLY high on it one night and I felt very dehydrated the next day hungover as fuck. I read up about it and it's very bad on your kidneys especially in combination with other things. So I never took it again. In moderation it would be ok but it's not for me.

I tried kava the traditional way and had no luck. The root I had may have been old. No telling how long it had been sitting in that herb store. This was over 10 years ago and word about kava hadn't spread near as far. May have to get some fresh and try again. Thanks for the report.

I did it in recreational doses before but I didn't find it very recreational. 
I'd probably only use it to help me sleep if anything.
