This is my first post on the Growery. I posted these pics earlier today on the Shroomery, where I post under the user name Ice House Shaman.
The buds in the pic are from some freshly harvested "Kish" trees. Obviously a very resinous Indica. The seeds came from the Vancouver Seed Bank. Kish is a wonderfully easy variety to grow. Extremely potent!
Enjoy the pics

It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A Prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded." - Abraham Lincoln

How was that Kisch grown?
I am a noob when it comes to growing. The ganj in the pic was from one of four plants. The Seeds came from The Vancouver Seed Bank They were grown in soil,Black Gold Organic potting Soil, to be exact. Each plant had its own 10 gallon container These containers were very tall, about 28" tall. 2" of hydroton clay balls at the bottom of each pot, soil on top of that. The plants went into the big pots when they were seedlings. I never fucked with them, (re-planting), from seedling to harvest. I never once pruned them. I never poached them at all. I used GreenFuse®Organic Plant Biostimulators. I used one during the veg phase and a bloom mix during budding. The stuff is simple to use. I gave the plants 24hrs of light during veg. I cut it down to 12 hrs to induce budding. I used 1 1000watt HPS HID from start to finish. I believe my success was due to one simple rule. KEEP IT SIMPLE! Stick with the basics. I don't fuck with hydroponics and allot of different chems to feed the plants, no sensors and testers and an allot of other moving parts.
Keep it in soil and don't replant unless its a must. Give your plants plenty of room to grow monster roots. A gigantic healthy root ball is essential. When working with soil, small container= small root system= small yields.
Maintain constant air exchange.
Maintain your temps. I kept mine no warmer than 76 Fahrenheit no cooler than 66F. Warmer than 76 invites pests, mold. Colder than 66 is not great for your roots. Bad roots bad plants.
I never topped my plants at all. I grew them to 40" tall and induced budding.
Minimize stress on the plants. Maintain your essential elements, ie water, food, light, and temps at a constant. Avoid up and down swings.
Keep your room clean at all times. This is a must!
SHOW YOUR GARDEN TO NO ONE!!!!!
Think of Ganja as a weed. It grows pretty good on its own. Allot of growers screw up a good thing by fukkin with it too much. Give it the essentials on schedule and leave it alone. Constantly visiting your plants when its not necessary is not good for the environment it grows in. Constantly opening doors changes temps and humidity and potentially brings in pests.
KEEP IT SIMPLE.
Sorry about the centered text I'm not sure why its doing this.

I am glad I found our grow=) Was this indoor or out? I recently picked up some of these seeds. I was thinking of getting a child of kish, posh, as well. Outdoor I think, or maybe indoor if I get antsy.
