growery is kinda like the shroomerys bitch is how i see it. kinda like in the shadow of the shroomery. i kinda feel like it would be better off if it were doin its own thing instead of just bein shroomery's copy cat. good site management and good programers or whatever just needs to break off from shroomery imo...guess that cant happen because it is what it is though...

Rly so what roll does Mind Media play in all of this.
I hope I could the name right but both the Shroomery and the Growery belongs to it.

Mind Media, Inc. is a California corporation consisting of five independent directors who each share an equal stake in the assets of the corporation, which include both the Shroomery and the Growery. Quite simply, there is practically no escaping the association that exists between the two sites right now. In time, the Growery will develop its own unique character - but it will take time, as the Shroomery has already had an entire decade to grow into what it has become, and the Growery has only just begun.

just askin- which of the 5 manage growery? do any of the 5 independent directors you talk about have accounts on the shroomery or growery that we know of (puppet accounts?). What other business besides shroomery/growery does mind media own?

Ythan, Anno, Thor, Vamp and myself. The Shroomery & Growery are our main sites, though we have hosted several others throughout the years. Third party sites haven't really been part of business, rather just helpin' people out with some internet space.
