Suggestions in selecting a strain.

I have a friend that is getting ready to start projects that will go outside this summer. They would like to get genetics that meet the following criteria.
Ah and just so we don't go into this pointless argument this really isn't about me. I'm an indoor growing type person. I'm trying an aerogarden grow and I running a grow log on it. I haven't the time the space or the knowledge to even dream of attempting to grow on this persons scale. I'm just doing some research to help them out. Plus I have to admit to being generally curious about this.
Okay here is what they want.
Outdoor friendly. Not too tall maybe 3-4 feet. Not too strong (I'm not making this up. They really aren't looking for anything potent). Average to better than average yield. Bushy
The weed I got from them in the past has always been heavy on the stony side with a heavy dose of stupid and tired. Never get the munchies from their stuff. I think that's what they like.
So what do you guys suggest?

Thanks Magash. That stuff looks niiiiice. Think I could swing it as an indoor grow? I've got all these lights and such and I thought, heck if my friend could make me a couple clones I might try to grow a couple of these pretty little ladies indoors.

I just thought it was so pretty that even though I'll pick some of these up for my friend she might be about to clone a few for me and I could grow them indoor. Since one of the previous criteria was outdoor friendly I wasn't sure if this was indoor friendly also.

I have three suggestions.
#1: Durban from Sensi Seeds (South African sativa, energetic high)
#2: KC-33 from KC-Brains (Thai and Brazilian)
and
#3: Manitoba Poison from Great White North Seeds (50/50 indica/sativa)
All three strains should finish before Oct 1st, and are mold resistant. The Durban is especially reliable, and even in the worst seasons will produce chunky sweet nugs.
