Use an old one for flowering with higher P and K and for veg Worm castings are a good source of Nitrogen or you can use a fresher Bat Gauno for vegetative nutrients too.

I have used some organic teas that were pretty good (mother earth tea). For soil though I have had nothing but great luck with the earth juice line and the foxfarm line.

mother earth tea is good shit from advanced nutrients, I haven't used it myself but friends have with good results.
