You cannot consider windchill dammit. It throws off everything in comparison.
It is exactly 0 degrees F here right now. Not too bad.

not to be a dick, but we were talking about this in class today so;
-40º is the point at which Fahrenheit and Celsius overlap (-40ºC = -40ºF). This is also the temperature at which water no longer needs a condensation nuclei for crystal formation, and thus spontaneous nucleation leads to instantaneous state changes from all molecules.
