Starting An Outdoor Grow and Worried about Helicopters

So I'm starting an outdoor grow soon, and i've got some ideas on keeping the damn helicopters from spotting my grow from the air, but i would like advice on the matter, seeing as I got the fear last year after a helicopter hovered about 50 feet over my grow area, flashed some lights, and zoomed off, while i was watching (lieing flat out in a nearby stand of trees in my camo).
1. I have cleared off several areas in an area that is heavily covered covered with poplars averaging 30 feet in height, some of these areas I use as campsites and grapevines. I have many felled trees from these projects, and i removed the majority of the small ones to one of the furthest clearings and piled them up at the edge of the clearing.
2. The largest logs are then stripped of their bottom branches (about 2/3 the way up) and buried standing up, like live trees, just dead (to let in sun but kinda cover up the stark contrast of a bare spot among a small forest)
3. I have had thoughts of maybe taking fake leaves and attaching a sparse number of fake leaves to these top branches to further blur the distinction of clearing and forest cover. If i can i would try and get some of the mesh-like logo material that they put on glass doors that looks opaque from the lit side, but behind it you can see through it, just to get as much light as possible down to the plants.
4. I also have a severe problem with weeds and was wondering if there is any good cover crop or grass that i could plant that has a shallow root system, and would maybe help the plants blend in with a green background?
Please note that this clearing was here before i thought of covering it up, otherwise i would have just killed the trees with poison or just trimmed most of the bottom branches down. Also note that i will be planting sporadically, with a lot of space in between plants.
Thanks so much in advance agmotes165

killing nature isnt cool. don't know if I Could support someone who said they would poison trees
lol
make it look as unobvious as possible, a 'natural tree' camo meshing would be suspicious if they got close and fake leaves wont help; have 2-3 grow areas i say.

Reburying trees sounds like quite a project... Are you sure you won't damage the natural look of the surrounding area in the process? I suggest planting in small groups of 2-3 in a large area. If necessary, fell one or two trees to allow the longest amount of direct sun. If there are very few plants it makes detecting them all the more difficult.
