edibles are often overlooked as a very nice source.
depends on your reasons or smoking though...

I wish edibles worked on me, sadly smoking is more efficient than edibles for my body type. my reasons for smoking is for life enhancement, but of course i use it for sleep as well.

A few grams a day, I've been at this periodicity for years. As you can imagine I have grown quite a tolerance.
