i just ordered a 400 watt hps metal halide conversion deal
and i want grow my plants hydroponically from here on out
i live in a townhouse upstairs closet grow...whatd be the best setup for my 5x3x6 closet

i was thinkin 5 gallon DWCing it up...but how much water is in the five gallon buckets?

I would use DWC in smaller buckets. I use three gallon trash buckets for my 3'-5' plants.

i have a 30 gallon rubber maid container made into a 5 plant + refill hole that i have 4 booming plants growing from right now. proper topping/trimming & bending you can screen this design very easily.
I am curious about table designs, but i would like to perfect this here first. I feel its a very simple setup, i can lift the lid to add water, i add about a gallon or so every other day right now as it not so bad for 4 plants. i expect to hack at least two of them due to sexing as well.

well i have 6 plants to sex and clone before i utilize the setup lol but i plan on using 2 per 5 gallon bucket

usually five gallons of water can fit in a five gallon bucket.
