It's from an old b&w tv show called I Love Lucy. It was way ahead of its time because there was this interracial marriage on national tv back in the 50s, but he still got to give her the pimp hand so you know it was the 50s when you watch it.
She'd be all like "Ricky, what is the meaning of this"
and he'd be all like
"I AIN'T 'SPLAININ NOTHIN, LUCY"
