better than no yield at all? 
I would happy with a plant that produces any buds at all
then again I'm growing one single plant extremely ghetto style

 basically
I have a fluorescent light that I sometimes use that I have when I grew mushrooms but the lumens are so incredibly low its probably just a waste of energy
its got like 10 leaves and I just starting putting a fan on it because its getting tall and thin
than and the seed came from a bag
I want to invest in a decent light, seeds and plant food once I get some money this summer

yea heres my ideal set up I plan on investing in when I got the $$, but atm I'm to poor to buy myself my daily coffee
400 watt hps lighting set up, found a good set up for 110 on ebay that includes everything
germinate 10 seeds, preferably a hybrid leaning towards indica
proper nutrient liquid food
a pH reader
and the other basics
I plan on doing it this upcoming fall
my sister is going to Thailand so I will be moving into my own place and will probably dedicate a closet for it

I was only worried about that method because of accuracy issues
doesn't the soil need to be somewhere around 6-7 pH?

I've had great success with mushrooms but I hear marijuana is harder
however, after reading some info on it, it doesn't seem that difficult

turned out good
I did 3 grows in a year
one was a failure
the first I netted like 1.5 ounces and the most recent around 5 ounces
I still haven't munched on any yet
given some to friends but just have a fat bag sitting in my drawer.
just haven't been in the mood for psychedelics for the past half year or so
on top of that I have been sitting on some quality blotter for about 8 months now. I plan on dropping a tab or two when the semester is done
growing them was great nonetheless

thats one thing I'm looking forward to about MJ, I dont have to be extremely fucking sterile

I've had lsd sit in foil for a year and half with out potency lost
I believe there is not truth to lsd going bad if stored in dark dry area
