No energy
    #154958 - 12/03/08 03:38 PM (15 years, 11 months ago)

I have no energy, and I don't know why. I search the net, and all I get is shit about women...I AM NOT A WOMAN!

Okay, so I have been to 20 doctors about this. The closest they came was finding that I had an old MONO infection, and decided that I didn't need any medication that I was fine.

Well, I'm not. I don't smoke pot haven't for over 1 year now...Except maybe once a month if I can. Psychedelics get to enter my life once every month maybe twice. So, it's not some kind of drug use issue.

I wouldn't come here asking, but I am lost...I woke up at 8:30 for a job interview, and by 1 I was so tired I had to sleep until 4:30. My head hurts when I wake up...

Any ideas are awesome, but this has to be fixed.

Afraid not. I wouldn't touch that shit with your dick...If you have one. Not sure?

Anyway, iron deficiency is out of the question. I had it all checked, and they put me on some just to see if my body needed more...And almost all of my hair fell out meaning levels were too high. I still have some, and thought about giving it to someone.

I exercise, but not a whole lot. I do more than most people my age. So, I have a hard time believing it's that. I know people need different things, but I feel like I eat well and exercise fairly well...

I googled, just some possible reason for the fatigue:

Click

There's a lot of things that can cause fatigue and headaches, you should be worried once/if more symptoms appear.

Change in your diet and sleeping routine could help...also, if this is due to depression or stress, I encourage possibly seeing a therapist.

hope this could help.

I think I found it. Tired Housewife Syndrome...Brilliant.

Thanks for the link I'm going to read the rest of it, and see if I can come up with some kind of direction to head.

Frustration?
Angst?
Anxiety?
Depression?

If the docs can't say what it is it could be psychosomatic.

I started to think that, but this fatigue is something I can actually feel. I know your brain can do that, but I mean there is a difference, and I think I have experienced both.

I have a lot of stress because of court...One fuck up, and I get prison for a minimum of 5 years. Changing jobs. I just have anxiety naturally.

My living situation sucks right now, but I'm not a negative person...I don't feel like these things bother me. I hold things inside of me, and then I snap. That could be the cause of this, but I'm not sure.

I still think it's something that hasn't shown itself yet. For example you feel this way before cancer etc...I don't think I have cancer, but just using that as an example. Only thing I can think of.

Sounds exactly like psychosomatism.

I had a bit of this on my first round at university. Stomach ache, No apetite, Puking, Sleeping like shit but still tired.

Right now it sounds like your situation is putting a lot of pressure on you subconciously. Once you get comfortable in your new job I think things will start to fall into place for you.

Good luck. Oh and try breathing exercises. They help alot.

I've been through long periods of that. I wish I had some advice for you but I never figured anything out. I think I've finally got stuck in it now. Probably my age, poor diet and excersise though. I drink and smoke too much too. Hmm Maybe I have figured it out. Now if I can figure out how to get my lazy self to do something about it while I'm still young enough for it to make a difference. I wish ya the best with that man.

Funny you bring that up, I have been reading a lot about it because my mother was diagnosed with it. I couldnt find any information on whether or not it was a genetic disorder or not though

I'm starting to think it's these testosterone levels you speak of.

I don't know, but it seems it can cause lack of sex drive? I really have no interest of shoving my manhood in a girl...Most people my age do, and think of nothing else.

I'll have to talk to mah doctor.
