What size is a good size for cutting that are put into the sea of green?

What kind of yeild can a person get from a 6 inch cutting? in the sea of green with sufficient light and nutrients?

that depends more on the growers skill and knowledge than anything.

1g/w seems to be the standard.

youre plants are gonna quadruple in size. its not like its gonna just stay 6" and flower. hydro or soil? just make sure you get nice healthy roots on your cuttings and theyll get mucho bigger than 6" when you scrog em :thumbup:

r u taking 6" cuttings?

youll be limited doing that...ime

you can take 2" cuttings that by the time they have fat healthy roots will jump to 6" within the next week. and youll be able to get a lot more cuttings this way than searching your mum for all her 6" clones.

do you know how to clone?

heres some pics from last years outdoor. the first one is a 2" cutting the day i put him in the ground after her roots took. the second picture is a week later :smile: happy roots happy plants

Ahh very nice, I have worked with a few other plants and taking cuttings isnt too hard I dont think. Just just a sterilized the blade with alcohol or peroxide and then cut at an angle for the most root production. Something like that, is there anything else im missing?

ive had 2 foot ball of roots on a 6" clone :smile:

....i couldve sworn there was a thread here about the best method of cloning, and i was gonna send you the link, but i cant find it....

maybe it was on the shroomery. ill go check
