actually about half of those are illegal, drug analogue laws got them pretty well covered.
the other half are illegal if you use them to get fucked up.

which makes them illegal purchases. why you don't see the 2C's being sold at headshops or any legitimate business establishment. they are illegal.

go to the police station with some 2C-E and 2C-I and ask them if it's illegal 
and make sure to bring the girl with a lot of cash so she can bail your ass out
they only way you can get away with it is if they don't know what it is and their tests don't show what it is.

2C-E is unscheduled in the United States. It is possible that it could be considered an analog (of 2C-B), in which case, sales for human consumption or possession with the intent to ingest could be prosecuted under the Federal Analogue Act.
didn't say it would happen for certain, just that they can. it's a legal grey area.

ya its not so much that the RC's are legal (although SOME are i believe), because say you get pulled over with a g sack of 2ci/e. i think you would still get a charge pressed, and spend the night in jail. specially if they are all capped up. that doesnt mean any charges will stick, if they can even find out what it is.
cuz it seems like they would test it for coke, heroin, meth, maybe a few others.... but when are they gonna stop? seems like it would be really expensive, and with the ammount of rc's there are seems like it would be near impossible to get any charges to stick. unless you had them capped up for sale, or they did actually identify it.

if they send it to a lab they run it under a GC/MS machine so all that needs to be done is one test. They don't need to test the product multiple times to determine what the substance is.

jwh, cp, the 4-xx series, mephedrone, methylone, butylone, things along those lines?
or would it just test for like the 2c's, mdxx, 5-meo?
or would they just be able to figure out exactly what it was?
