Of course you can.
I don't know which browser you are using, but for:
Internet Explorer: Right-Click on link then Copy Shortcut.
Firefox: Right-Click on link then Copy Link Location.
After that, paste from the clipboard into the email or whatever.

right click ,goto properties and you'll be able to copy and paste the url from the gif
