It's pretty easy really. You just roll a double length joint and cut or poke little holes in the spot that you want the weed-intersection, then roll a thinner joint that fits into it (make sure that you poke holes in the middle of the smaller joint for flow).
That's the easy way (the way that I've done it). This guy seems to have a better technique that involves cutting a small section from each joint and laying them together (check 5 minutes in). I'd like to learn how to do this, or at least try but I don't have any weed.

i've rolled a 30 gram one and a 50 gram one before . the first was for a party that my friends and i through at an abandoned house the second, for my good friends' wedding/ the closing down of my house.
