That also is a good point, but it can also be tied to what was said earlier.
It is so much easier to be dumb and live life as one of the crowd, but thinking for yourself is bound to cause the realization of how flawed life/the world/society really is. The frustration of being a single being and having little power to influence the rest of the world is an easy formula for depression.

all kinds of these posts are people who think they are smart and therefore this study applies to them.
all kinds of posts read like this "im smart but i am/am not an alcoholic"
and it also seems like a lot of people are trying to justify there drug use with the fact that they are smart and it happens
just observing

i dont justify my drug use with shit. i use a fuckton of drugs and i love it. i love drugs. i am smart. there is no correlation
