I was curious because I thought at the Shroomery only Pub mods could make bans in the Pub, ect ect

if your not a mod in the forum, but, there has not been a designated mod on within a set time limit, you can take action to help out the board. So, for instance, if ltd was gone for a day and something needed to be done in the lounge, i could take care of it.
So yes, i can ban people from forums i don't mod, but it's an emergency feature only.
