im hoping i get some kind of 3-1 or 2-1 behavior deal
if not, id still rather do 6 months in, then 12 months on probation
anyone ever been through this before? what do they give you for your first DUI? (under21)

I know plenty of people who got dui's and a few didnt spend any time in jail and plead guilty, a few spent 24-72 hours and one spent 10 days in jail. I dont think you have to worry about 4-6 months. now the year of breathe scanner in your car at 80 dollars a month and the drug testing for 6 months will suck.

haha no those were the good ole days from texas. where i did nothing buy eat bars and fuck bar ladies.... those times are long gone lol

Well good luck with everything, dont beg to much for prison over breathing into a breathalizer to start your car or take random drug tests. Cause then the might just do the opposite of what you want ya know?

I've had 3 DUI's and I haven't spent more than a weekend in lockup.... actually 2 dui's and once with driving with a suspended license
I don't have a drivers license now and I'm in my twenties and drive 40minutes to school every day so it kinda sucks.
I actually heard of a guy who was constantly getting caught drunk driving and they locked him up for 15 years because he was just bound to kill someone it would be the same thing as a blind man taking random shots in the distance with a revolver or something.
Bars are evil, girls who do bars are usually sketchy as fuck... I know girls who do rohypnol and cut themselves and write fucked up poetry.
