 lets design my next grow

so i had to tear down my plants (see other posts of mine for the story) and now i wanna plan out how my new grow (when i get my card soon) will be done. i want to draw on my first grow that went to the 2nd week of flower for what to do again and what to do different.
equipment i have:
- 282 watts of CFLs with cords and things for them.
- panda film (black and white poly)
- a brick of coir
- a bag of foxfarms ocean forest
- botanicare triflex nutes
- botanicare ph up and down / test
- a 2'x2' ebb and flow system with 20 gallon res
plant stuff i have
- 5 seeds for a private indica-heavy strain called big momma
- access to clones of my super silver genetics i tore down, and my blue mystic genetics as well
- male pollen that is about 1 week old currently, will still be viable if i want it (stored in fridge)
- access to grandaddy purps and ak47 clones
space i have to work with
- my closet which is 26" door to back wall, about 9 feet left to right, and about 6 feet floor to coathanger rack / shelf. the doors are two large panels that slide left to right.
- my roommate's closet - same size, but really this is just if i absolutely need some extra space for some odd reason, cant use anything real significant.
one limitation is i would like to stick to the legal number of plants, which if you are playing it safe, is 6. so whats my best bet for utilizing 2' x 9' space with 6 plants, if i'm open to whatever lighting and medium scheme? i dont want to do soil unless theres some real great reason, as i have all my experience with hydroponics.

I would:
- Build a 2'x2' tent from pvc and panda film.
-Use the cfls in the tent as a mother and veg area
- Build another 4'x2' tent
- Buy/build another ebb & flow table
- buy 2 250w hps lights mount them above the two ebb and flow tables
- stagger your harvest with 3 plants in each table so you harvest every month
It uses most of what you already have plus a couple things (hps and fan/scrubber), if you got it dialed in you could probably pull a qp every month without any problems plus you would have a plethora of new strains to smoke at your leisure.

i think they usually allow you 10 plants
you could keep a mother and run 9 plants via clone
id just use 2x600w hps for 9 plants in 5gal buckets or under hydro scrog'd and harvest them perpetually depending on how long they take to mature id harvest 3 at a time though
you could pull off pretty crazy yields

by the number of plants I mean from what I hear commonly assuming you in california which most people seem to be who get med cards
some people are allowed like 50plants i guess it depends on what you're needs are and how good you are at complaining
for pain relief you'll typically be allowed more plants so you can grow a variety of plants for better pain relief as people gain tolerances to the same strain of weed rather fast in some cases.

6 mature plants or 12 immature plants - I'd assume that means you can have 18 plants assuming 12 aren't done flowering ?
I got friends in san diego and santa cruz that grow pretty hefty amounts I think they're allowed outdoors too which is cool doesn't take up room in your pad and you have a whooping 1kw/m2 in most places in the world and the best timer for your lights that money could buy!

lol well i can't outdoors, because not everyone is ok with it, could get ripped off, etc. not to mention i'd be waiting until a year from now to harvest.
and yes the rules say 6 immature or 12 mature, and actually your doctor can recommend that you have more, etc etc, but since i wouldnt be able to bail myself out of jail if a cop decides tobe a douche and make me prove myself in court, i'm gonna stick with the absolute safest number, which is 6, period. I wont keep any mothers, will just get clones from friend(s).
