are these vendors straight?

Hey guys so I'm planning to start my first grow soon and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on seeds because money is sort of an issue and also I don't want to spend a lot of money for something that might get confiscated anyway. I wanted to do an indica and a sativa. For the sativa I picked Haze Special from sensibleseeds, one of it's parents is neville's haze which I've smoked before and was very impressed so I'm thinking this must be good. For the indica I wanted to do Pakistan Valley since it has an impressive thc content, but places that sell it for cheap I'm not so sure about. There's three of them: cannabis-seeds.com growshopalien.com and hemcy.at (cannapot hanfshop). Are any of these places reliable?
If not my other choice would be to get Cyber Cristal from sensibleseeds, both the haze and the cristal are actually from k.c. brains i believe, but i found them through sensibleseeds, and they bost cost like 9 pounds for 10 seeds. Should I just go ahead and get these two and forget about the valley? 21% thc sounds nice tho
o yeah also will the kc order ship to US if i go through sensibleseeds?

Of the places you have listed Hemcy is the only one that has a good rating. The others are rated as having shitty seeds or don't drliver at all.
Try these guys. Rated good and have a good delivery record. Seed Boutique

I've never heard of any of those three.
If you're interested in Pakistan Valley, try out Seedsman. I haven't ordered from them before, but they definitely seem legitimate, and I'm sure their shipping method will work well. Dr. Chronic has seeds by the breeder World of Seeds (who does Pakistan Valley), but Pakistan Valley isn't listed anymore under their regular seeds (only feminized). World of Seeds has cheaper prices, so don't worry about the lower price on the PV. They focus on land-race genetics. There isn't a lot of information on the Pakistan Valley out there, but I was following a great grow log of it over at another site. It was mid-way through flowering and was looking great, but the site has been down for weeks due to server problems.
If you're looking for something else though, you can't go wrong with Dr. Chronic, Seed Boutique, or Seedbay. Also, just to mention this, don't put too much stock in what is listed for THC content.

I second Dr. Chronic, three orders, all made it safe and sound. They may not be the cheapest but he's the best. First time I ordered from them, I didn't put enough cash on my prepaid visa to cover the 3% conversion charge that visa levies; I called up the doc and he said don't worry about it and waived the shipping fee. Fucking amazing guy.

His prices are pretty much the average price between seed-banks, though. We probably could have saved $20 on a larger order we placed through him if we had placed it with The Attitude Seed-Bank, but after finding out how they shipped seeds (in a large package folded up in a t-shirt, meaning we would have had to pick the package up from the post office and have it opened in front of us), it definitely wasn't worth the enormous risk ordering from the latter would have produced.

I have always used tap water to water my plants. As long as you can drink it (potable) and it isn't ridiculously hard, it should be fine.

distilled is nuetral 7.0pH, w/ a normal setup you can get used to how much you need of what to get it to the pH you want. i suggest it if possible, $0.69 @ the mart of walls (walmart) but its not required of course.

MJ plants will love water that has a ph which is slightly acidic-- you can adjust it with hydro up/down solution to ph-6 (after adding the nutes) or in some cases the nutes are acidic enough to give you ph6... acidic ph makes the nutrient more available and absorbent by the roots.
some tap water does not have too many minerals in it but is still very basic I.E. ph8-ph9. Using water that is too basic can lead to nutrient salt buildup in the substrate and on the roots weather it be soil or wool or hydroton and can literally lock the roots up so the plant will starve, this is apparent as "burnt leaves" or premature discoloration and even wilted plants that do not recover when watered.
