yeah they are doing a hell of a lot now.
they have so much money they don't know what to do with it. one of their biggest financial management guys came and talked to our class (actually from KY, if you want to know his name i'll look it up but his daughter goes to my school and this nigga is loaded).
they also don't want to be dependent on oil.
(when doing research this wasn't directly sourced to dubai but: used to oil would pay for every citizen to live comfortably and provide jobs/pension for everyone. now the younger generation has to get jobs and actually do something).

fuck dude, it wouldn't be TOO hard to learn another language. lol. i remember back when when Guiliani rran for pres, i made a vow to myself that if he ever won as pres. i'd flee the country as fast as i can
