Ok now we're getting somewhere. He was sent to jail for violating his parole. That's a rough break, but hopefully he's got what it takes to make it through it. Hopefully he should come out a better man and use that time to do some productive things for himself.

Yeah, highly unlikely they'll buy that dumb ass story. They're stupid but they're not that stupid...well most of them ARE but they're going to suspect. While he's in jail it's better not said. Say something like when the fuck are you getting out or something...or how does it feel to be raped.
