good to hear u've been goin to the gym picklez! keep it up man u'll be ripped up in no time.
u should buy some caffiene energy drinks and drink them a half hour before you go to the gym. i do that and it helps me lift alot i think. I never go to the gym without a nice lil caffiene high

I am very proud of myself, started 2 days early and using today as my rest day
I am a big red bull fan and coffee drinker so that works out
I have just beefed up my calorie intake by about 3x what I was intaking and its meal replacement bars. Pretty good tasting.
