it's almost impossible for me to gain weight, in that pic i am 160... used to be 140.

and it was hard to gain that 20 pounds... i could eat all day every day (i do) and not gain a pound.

i thought about getting on Real Gains once. cytogainer is supposed to taste better but also has creatine. i just found out my cheap protein powder i bought at walmart has 6 grams of creatine per scoop... so right now i'm not taking anything at all (you're not supposed to take creatine supplements all the time, supposed to take cycles on and off).

right now i'm just eating right and taking no supplements. 3 more weeks and i'm getting back on whey and creatine.

nah, with creatine, use it every day for 2 months or so, then take a month off. using it just one day a week would be pointless and a waste of money. ignore the loading instructions as well. you don't need to preload. just start taking like 5 grams a day and do this for a month. wait awhile first though until you get serious and are sure you're gonna go to the gym at least 4 times a week.

with your whey, take a scoop of protein within 30 minutes after your workout (this is also when you would take creatine). you can take more whey if you want, but real food protein sources are better than protein isolate.


and yeah like highasfuck said, drink plenty of water.

well you're doing it wrong. you are supposed to take creatine POST-workout (when uptake is best). do some research, i have. but i guess whatever works best for you.

also NO-Xplode and other workout supplements are crazy. you do get an insane pump, but nitric oxide supplements are supposed to be bad for the body and aren't supposed to help at all in the long run. :shrug:
