I've realized that if I just DRINK SOME FUCKING WATER during the time where I'm drinking beers or what have you for many hours, the hang over won't be nearly as bad.
Headache, nausea, restlesness etc. are all symptoms of DEHYDRATION. That's because so many people drink nothing but beer or whatever they are drinking for an entire day, sometimes outdoors (been there) and then they wake up the next day totally dehydrated feeling like shit..
