Posted this over at the shroomery earlier, and I figured a lot, if not all of you here would also appreciate it.. so here it is:
I just came across this guy on myspace barely a few minutes ago.. and after browsing over this gallery here.. I am quite amazed at what might be the most intricate and unique glass blowing I've ever seen.

I almost ran to these boards in excitement to see if anyone else has seen this guy's work or knows much about him. And to add, anyone else know of some really good piece work that they would like to share? I've been searching for an artist that I might be able to get in contact with to design a custom piece for myself... this may just be the guy. If he does do work for others, I hope he would be willing to do a base pipe... I would shit my pants if I could purchase a base pipe(for DMT) that would be as intricate as this stuff..

that glass is amazing and awesome. mad props to the artist.
ok, i know i'm going to catch shit for this but...
i have never understood why some people are so crazy and picky about their pipes/bongs. it doesn't need to look awesome. it doesn't need a name. it needs to smoke you out. people go apeshit over something this practical? it needs to get the smoke from the herb to your mouth. why does it have to be intricate or sexy or pretty or amazing?

Yeah, some of those are amazing.
I have always thought it would be awesome to learn how to blow glass and make your own pipes. It is somewhat of an expensive hobby though.

I don't know that I could smoke out of those pipes. I wouldn't want to get them dirty with resin or take the chance of breaking them.
I really like the octopus and sea urchin pipe. Bad ass.
