If you're not planning on using them for years, the best thing for you to do is to get something like those camera film containers, and put the seeds into it with an equal amount of slowly dried rice, or the right amount of silica gel. Essentially, you need to keep the humidity at about 5%. Throwing it in the fridge will help slow down the chemical processes inside the seed. Later on, I'll start digging for some much more detailed information on the matter.
