If you had to recommend 1 or 2 good books on cultivation for someone relatively new to growing, what would it / they be?

The bible really has the most info though.

Marijuana Horticulture: The Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower's Bible by Jorge Cervantes
512 glossy pages filled with pictures. I know someone who can barely read that uses this book it's so simple and clear, yet still very comprehensive. An excellent reference and considering the physical build quality of the book it is an excellent buy for only $20.
Here's the chapters in order; Marijuana Horticulture, Seeds, vegetative growth, flowering, harvest, grow rooms & greenhouses, outdoors, case study & garden calender, light lamps & electricity, soil & containers, water & nutrients, hydroponic gardening, air, psts fungi & diseases, hash & oil making, breeding.

He has some great videos that are available with torrents as well; definitely worth the time to find them (or even to buy them  ).

I don't remember such a guy... I remember Jorge smoking with Chimera, the breeder, but he was wearing a lion mask.

Oh I'm not talking about a Cervantes video, haven't watched one yet.
There's this guy I've seen that paints his face green and wears a bucket-hat, with sunglasses. He also does instructional grow videos I think.
