How much time do you spend with your plants? Me, I try to get at least 1 or 2 hours a day.

It is usually about an hour or so a day I think, mostly because flushing and feeding takes awhile and we have to investigate to see if they are getting healthier or worse. We used to spend a lot more time with them, but now that they are on 12/12, they are sleeping most of the time that we are awake. It must be like sending kids off to college or something.
You better believe we'll be camping out with them though when they are fully into bud production.

quick Q. when they are in FULL flower, is it ok to interrupt their sleepy time a bit with open doors and weak lighting in the background?

You want to be careful as possible about that. Some strains are more resistant than others, but light leaks can cause them to go hermie. If its an occasional interruption, I don't think it would be that big of a deal, but you really wouldn't want to be exposing them to light just so you can look in at them, or to have an environment that is naturally leaking light in.

The later into flowering you are the harder it is to stress your plants. When I was drunk during my last grow I'd shake the plants or pull them one way and stress the branches and I didn't get any nanners.
That was also Big buddha cheese which is nanner prone.

I didn't like try to rip them out of their pots or anything but I bent(which is what I meant by stress) the branches and stuff. The worse thing you can do to a plant is fuck with it's roots, the rest doesn't matter too much afaik.
This was also well into flowering... 5+ weeks in.
