I have never used craigslist before and I was looking for a job on there. Do I just copy and paste the little apply to address or what? Im confused 
like is this who I would send the email to :

you send an email to that address, that transfers it to their real email
cuts down on spam

yeah, craigslist uses referral addresses unless they choose to put their actual email addy.
usually if there's a number that's your best bet, but if not, just email the "...@craigslist.com" or whatever.

for some reason it seems to me that i get more replys when i copy paste the email address provided in my normal email account.
