so i live in chico and go to chico state. im going on my fourth year and i can say this town still has great party scene. but recently our city council believes that they needed to somehow make this town suck more with adding rules and laws to a town that already has more regulations than most campuses. they decided in a new law called City of Chico Proposed Disorderly Events Ordinance. basically says NO ONE can have a gathering at their own property of over 10 people without a permit by the city (ya try to enforce that) and that te cops and enter the property if they see a misdemeanor is progress (ie a person they believe is underage drinking). they fine the shit out of u
anyways im blabbering about it.
the point is recently one of the 7 individuals who passed it saying that this town was loosing it public image, got a DUI ROFLCOPTER FAGGOT this fat bitch is why i hate authority figures, because most are full of shit.
