I did see the poll (I don't think I voted because the options were gay as fuck... "Swap Lot"?  ). By remove it, I meant that you didn't include it despite the fact that it is, by your own admission (in the quote above), an acceptable option, just one that you don't like.
To most of us, The Lot implies a marketplace. I don't know how that "doesn't go with the forum". It's fine if that name isn't chosen, but excluding it from the poll seems more than a little trite.
I've never had a problem with you as a mod, but I can see why people think you're a douche
