Erowid says 2-3g of the enhanced leaf w/ added extract is 'normal' dose.

If it were me I'd take 2g then see if I needed any more.

I don't watch tv either, but I had to watch at least gymnastics and diving.

I ended up watching whole lot more, though. You are missing a lot imo, the olympics are tight :laugh:

US is up double digits. I would say thats a fairly good start. And on pace to go over 100pts. I would be shocked if Spain found a way to win

I just kind of tune in at the right time, right when gymastics and the high dive stuff was goin down

I don't know the times either....didn't see everything but I caught a lot. I did know it was on NBC though, so I'd just turn on the tv and if I saw something cool I'd watch.
