 Spliff just fucked me over

I bought a pack of Bugler Menthol tobacco and rolled it 3:1 Tobacco to weed. Rolled a really fat spliff and smoked it real quick. Havent had nicotine in awhile and its really fucking me up. So strong that i feel nausea and vertigo after it being smoked right away. I think i need to quit smoking tobacco it really puts me on my ass. Not to mention its a bad habit.

i do enjoi a nice spliff tho if im drunk and its basically a small amount of bud with some papers lying around, always a nice treat. i usually smoke maybe 1 or 2 a month. and they ALWAYS me fucked up
