I threw up the last 2 nights from biking too much then trying to chug down nearly a pound of protein.
I'm also the lightest i've been in 10 years weighed in at 238 1/4lbs today woot.
I've been sleeping well the last few days, pretty sure it's from utter exhaustion.
Been biking 2-5 hours a day and still going to the gym for 1-3 hours. I'd say I average 5-6 hours of excersize a day as of late

yeah I'm trying to gain weight right now
i hate taking in protein/amino acids
feels good but bleehh
i run a mile and lift weights every other day
i need a bike brah
gained 10 pounds so far

I have like 15 adult sized bikes in my garage, I'd totally hook you up if you were in Canada 
Going to buy a new speed bike next spring, prehaps a new mountain bike if I get into trails.
Despite my size running 2 miles isn't hard for me (reasonably faster than a jog but not sprinting) Biking owns.
I'm probably eating over 5000 calories a day and losing weight. I'm not sure how much weight I want to lose I'm thinking 220 lb at 6'4 is pretty slender. I think ideally I'd want to be 240 at 6'4 but with godly muscles. I'm thinking of getting an inversion table and hanging down on it with a hundred + lbs of weight in my hands.
What benefits does taking amino acids over protein have? I'm not very knowledgable with them. I know Tyrosine and Glutamine are amino acids and my protein powder contains a bunch of the essential ones.
Tyrosine is a precursor to enzymes and hormones, I think it's worth the money (10$ a month)
I'm thinking of just using multi vitamins and protein for 3-6 months, I spend too much on supplements and I'm sure I could do without most of them.
