is there like a Pf tek of weed, you know? like the best way for beginners, what kind of nutrients etc.

Well, lets say start off with organics, fush emultion, stuff like that (avoid guano, it can burn your plant.) as it can't burn your plant. Get soil with very good drainage, as it is less likely to be able to over water, check your soil and water pH before you begin, make sure it is 6.2-6.8. (6.5 is PERFECT.) and adjust if it isn't within that range.
That should be pretty fool-proof. Oh, and start with good bag seed, or better yet, if you have a friend that grows. (You will have to be his best friend ever, as my best friend grows, and I am the ONLY one who will EVER know about it.) (I actually found out accidentaly, he told me about a seedling, but not about his GROW, we where smoking right next to the plants, and I didn't notice, till, in a state of high, I turned my head, and I was like OMG WTF OMG HOLY SHIT WEED!) and from then on, we exchanged ideas, and we even started our own strain. DP x White Widow, and DP x Jack Herrer.)

get some soil (well draining)
plant a seed
give it water and light (not too much not too little  )
watch it grow
don't ever forget its a weed!
harvest and cure 
can't get simpler than that!

I've been using Marijuana Horticulture: The Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower's Bible and it is fantastic! It's got tons of pictures too. I haven't read the one geo referenced.
