LEGALIZE IT EVERYWHERE !!!!!!!!!!!!

Great idea, but I'm pretty sure you'd need to leave the cannabis in the vodka for at least a few weeks, to properly extract the cannabinoids into the ethanol.  Only then, after the weed has soaked in the vodka for >2 weeks, should you bother to strain out the weed and pour the vodka into the melon.  Otherwise, you're just wasting weed!
