September 27, 2013
i picked these clones up at a dispensary in town on august 21 and planted them in soil the same day. i originally bought 3 clones; 2 blue dream and 1 bubba kush, but the bubba kush ended up having mosaic virus, so i tossed it. for my soil, i'm using straight FFOF.
it's been a little over a month of vegging under my T5's. transplanted into 5 gallon smart-pot type pots a week or so back, and last night i did some LST on the lower branches. as a medical patient in colorado, i have a 6 plant limit (need to see my doc and get a higher count) i can't have more than 3 plants in flower. right now i have 3 plants in flower, so i have to keep vegging these Blue Dream clones until the end of October when i harvest the 3 that are in my tent, flowering right now... they're pretty big right now, so i'm guessing they're going to be massive by the time they get in the tent. i've topped them a few times already.
October 16, 2013
my new grow tent came today, so i set that up and moved my flowering plants and everything else into it. (light, filter, fan) then i set up my T5s and put the blue dream plants into the older tent to continue vegging until i harvest whats flowering, which should be another week to week and a half. these blue dream are massive... i need to do a little more tying down. i'm glad the tent came today, because how my light was set up in the closet, didnt allow me to raise it up any higher, and the branhes were almost hitting the light...
October 23, 2013
started flowering the blue dream today. these plants are a lot tallers than i would have liked them to get, but oh well... the light is as high as it can go in the tent and theres a little more than a foot between the plant and the light lol. probably going to have to do a lot more tying down.

been a month since i updated. so i thought i'd put up some pictures. both plants are doing amazing. theyre covered in trichomes and smell great. im 33 days into flower today.
January 6, 2014
started harvesting yesterday and finished up tonight. i had to take it slow. i got pneumonia over new years while at a bassnectar/pretty lights show, so i've been movin REAL slow. all is chopped down and hanging up in my closet with a humidifier running. the room sits at a steady 66 F and 50% RH. i picked up 6 mini thermometer/hygrometers for the curing jars, so i can be as accurate as possible. i'm really focusing on perfecting the cure this time. i need to get that down!

harvested on the 5th, dried in a closet with a humidifier, 50-60% humidity at 66-68F
jarred up all the bud. using hygrometer/thermometers in some of the jars to keep an eye on the cure. i'm trying this method

Looks nice. I still think you need to try adding some Boveda humidity packs. Even if you just get the medium 8g packs for extended jar storage you'll notice an increase in quality.

Wondering about the smoke quality and character. My experience with Blue Dream has been that she's a buzzy punch in the face that kept me awake for hours.
If you feel really motivated after smoking a bowl, maybe fill out one of these?

the bud and smoke both smelled like sweet flowers. it made my living room smell so good every time i smoked. so flowery smelling i dont think non smokers would have a problem with it. or even recognize what it was.
i should have let it flower longer and i think it dried a bit too fast, so it was a little harsh to me. but 2-3 months of curing made it smell reeeally good.
