Well a few weeks ago the plant fell over and kinda snapped in half a little. I put some duct tape around the breaking spot to try and help it heal. I took it off today and it doesn't look so good, there appears to be a little mold growing on it .
So what should I do? I was thinking about maybe putting a layer of medical gauze around the stem, then putting more duct tape.
Medical tape like Micropore will allow gas exchange and give some support. It is not as sturdy as duct tape, but if you only need a little support it might work.
